Order & Cart Rules allow you to apply COD or Partial COD conditions based on cart value, item quantity, and customer order behavior.

Step 1: Open RTO Suite

Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to RTO Suite from the left sidebar.

Filter based on cart amount

Set minimum or maximum cart value conditions for COD or Partial COD.

Click Filter based on cart amount → Add Rule
Enter a Rule Name and define the minimum and/or maximum cart value

| Rule Name is for internal reference only.
| Example: Partial COD above ₹2000

Choose COD Settings (COD or Partial COD) and click Next
Select how the Partial Amount should be charged:

Fixed amount
Percentage of order value (including or excluding COD charges)

Enter the Partial Amount / Percentage
Click Add to save the rule

Filter based on cart item count

Limit COD or Partial COD based on the number of items in the cart.

Click Filter based on cart item count → Add Rule

Steps to set up shipping and COD charges

Step 1: Open Shipping settings

Login to your FlexyPe Dashboard
From the left sidebar, click Shipping

Step 2: Access and sync shipping profiles

Navigate to Shipping in the left menu to view your shipping profiles
If you sync from Shopify, your profiles and rates will align automatically
Click on the desired category of product groups
To create custom rates, click Add Shipping Zone
Name the zone and select in what way you want to select the zones, whether state & country based or pincode based. Click Done once selected.

Step 3: Explore and configure shipping zones

After starting checkout, users pass through multiple stages such as Login, Address, Payment, and Processing before placing an order.

For example, if 118 users initiate checkout and only 53 users place the final order, it indicates that a significant number of users dropped off before completing payment.
