How can I build trust with my customers for my store?

When customers begin checkout, they may not complete their purchase due to concerns about product quality, shipping timelines, online payments, or other trust-related factors.

To build confidence and improve conversions, you can add Trust Badges and Reassurance Banners at checkout.

Add Trust Badges

Step 1:

Open the Login tab and scroll down to locate Trust Badges.

Step 3:

Add relevant trust badges
Turn on Trust Badge visibility
Click on Save to apply the changes

Add Reassurance Banners

Step 4:

Step 5:

Under the Login, Address, and Payment tabs, you can add banners with relevant reassurance text.

Step 6:

Ensure Banner visibility is turned ON.

Note:

You can preview the checkout experience from the right sidebar to see how trust badges and banners appear to customers.
