How to access the entries from FlexyPass?
Below are the steps to access entries from FlexyPass:
Access FlexyPass Entries
Step 1:
Login to your Shopify Admin dashboard.
Step 2:
From the left sidebar, click on Apps and search for FlexyPass.
Step 3:
Click on FlexyPass, then go to the Customers section from the left sidebar inside the FlexyPass dashboard.
Step 4:
A window displaying all FlexyPass entries will open.
Export FlexyPass Entries
Step 5:
Login to your Shopify Admin.
Step 6:
From the left sidebar, click on Customers → then click on Segments.
Step 7:
Click on Create Segment in the top-right corner.
Step 8:
Click to expand the Describe your segment section.
Step 9:
Click again inside the expanded area.
A query code will be generated automatically.
Step 10:
After WHERE, type:
created_by_app_id =
Then select FlexyPass from the dropdown.
Step 11:
Click on Run query to generate the list of FlexyPass customers.
Step 12:
Click on More Actions and select Export.
Download the list as a CSV file.
