Shipping

This guide explains how to configure shipping charges and COD fees in your FlexyPe settings so that customers are billed correctly at checkout.

Steps to set up shipping and COD charges

Step 1: Open Shipping settings

  1. Login to your FlexyPe Dashboard
  2. From the left sidebar, click Shipping

Step 2: Access and sync shipping profiles

  1. Navigate to Shipping in the left menu to view your shipping profiles
  2. If you sync from Shopify, your profiles and rates will align automatically
  3. Click on the desired category of product groups
  4. To create custom rates, click Add Shipping Zone
  5. Name the zone and select in what way you want to select the zones, whether state & country based or pincode based. Click Done once selected.

You can upload pincodes in form of a CSV file. To get it's format, click on "Download sample file" just below the upload button.

Step 3: Explore and configure shipping zones

  1. Review your existing zones, such as Domestic or International
  2. Each zone shows:
  • Rate name
  • Delivery estimates
  • Price ranges
  • COD status
  1. Use the pencil (✏️) icon to edit a zone’s details

Step 4: Add or edit delivery rates

  1. Within a zone, click Add Rate

You can find "Add Rate" when you click on the 3 dots available on the right side of any zone.

  1. Set the customer-facing details such as:
  • Rate name (e.g., “Standard Delivery in 2–5 days”)
  • Pricing type (order value or weight based)
  • Conditions (min/max cart value or weight)
  • COD & Fees — enable and enter your COD charge
  1. Save each rate after editing

Step 5: Save the configuration

  1. After all zones and rates are configured, click Save
  2. Your shipping charges and COD fees will now apply at checkout

Verify the setup

  1. Add a product to cart and proceed to checkout
  2. Enter shipping details
  3. Confirm the shipping charge and COD fee are shown correctly

⚠️ Shipping and COD fees are applied based on your configured zones and conditions. If they don’t appear, recheck your zone definitions and effective pricing rules.
