How to enable COD for the 1st time and after that prepaid only?
Below are the steps to allow COD only for the first order and make all subsequent orders Prepaid only:
Step 1:
Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to RTO Suite from the left sidebar.
Step 2:
Click on Filter based on total COD order count.
Step 3:
Configure the rule as follows:
- Set COD order count to 1
- Turn OFF COD
- Turn OFF Partial COD orders
This ensures COD is available only for the first order.
Step 4:
Click on Save to apply the changes.
Note:
Using the same logic, you can restrict COD after any specific number of COD orders by adjusting the COD order count accordingly.
