How to give combo offers to customers?

This is a step-by-step guide to create Bundle Coupons, allowing you to offer special pricing when customers purchase grouped products or collections together — ideal for increasing AOV, promoting specific items, and improving checkout conversions.



Bundle Coupon Overview


The Bundle Coupon lets you apply intelligent pricing when multiple products or collections are purchased together.

You can configure bundle logic, discount types, eligibility rules, and usage limits to run targeted, high-performing campaigns.


Step 1:

Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to Coupons from the left sidebar.



Step 2:

Click on Add Coupon from upper right corner to create coupon.



Step 3:

Click on Bundle Discount.

Step 4: Setup

Define how the Bundle Discount applies, which items are included, and what value it delivers.



Key options include

  • Application Type
  • Coupon Code – customers manually enter a code at checkout
  • Automatic Discount – applied automatically when conditions are met
  • Discount Variants
  • Fixed Bundle Price – e.g., “2 items for ₹1499”
  • Fixed Amount Off – deduct a set value from the bundle total
  • Percentage Off – apply a percentage-based reduction
  • Scope
  • Specific products
  • Collections
  • Quantity Limit
  • Restrict eligible quantity to prevent over-discounting



Configure Activation Conditions


Step 5: Condition

Control when the bundle discount becomes active.



Options include

  • No Requirement – applies to all qualifying carts
  • Min/Max Cart Value – activate only within defined order totals
  • Min/Max Item Quantity – require a specific number of items



Set User Eligibility


Step 6: User eligibility

Target the right customers for your bundle promotion.



Options include

  • Audience Type
  • All users
  • Specific users
  • Order Scope
  • All orders
  • First order only
  • Based on total past orders



Define Usage Limits


Step 7: Usage limits

Manage exposure and control discount usage.



Options include

  • Global Cap – maximum total redemptions
  • Per-Customer Limit – restrict individual usage
  • Stacking Rules – allow or prevent combining with other discounts
  • Active Duration – define start and end dates/times
  • Disable COD – optionally exclude cash-on-delivery orders



Preview Bundle Display


Step 8: Preview

Customize how the bundle offer appears during checkout.



Options include

  • Visibility – show or hide the offer at checkout
  • Display Details
  • Add titles and short descriptions
  • Example: “Get 2 Hoodies for ₹1499”



Step 9:

Click on Submit to apply changes.
