How to increase prepaid orders or reduce COD dependency?
This is a step-by-step guide to create discounts tied to different payment methods such as UPI, cards, wallets, or EMI using the Payment Offers feature.
Payment Offers Overview
The Payment Offers feature allows you to offer discounts when customers choose specific payment methods during checkout.
These offers help increase prepaid orders and improve checkout conversion rates.
Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to Payment Offers from the left sidebar.

Create a Payment Offer
Step 1: Add offer
Click Add Offer from the top-right corner.

Configure the following details:
Discount setup
- Discount Type
- Percentage off (e.g., 10% off)
- Fixed amount off (e.g., ₹200 off)
- Application Method
- Automatic – discount is applied when an eligible payment method is selected
- Discount Code (example:
PREPAID) - Custom Title
- Display name shown to customers at checkout

Apply discounts to
- All Online Payments – same discount for all prepaid methods
- Specific Payment Modes, such as:
- UPI
- Wallets
- Debit / Credit Cards
- EMI
- Pay Later
- Net Banking
- Partial COD
Each payment method can have a separate discount value and optional discount cap.
Set Offer Conditions
Step 2: Add conditions
Define when the payment offer should apply.

You can configure:
- No Requirement – applies to all eligible orders
- Minimum / Maximum Cart Value
- Minimum / Maximum Quantity
Configure User Eligibility
Step 3: Set user eligibility
Choose which customers can use the offer.

Available options:
- All Orders – available to all customers
- First Order Only – limited to new customers
- Based on Order History – enable after a defined number of purchases
Set Usage Limits
Step 4: Configure usage limits
Control how often and how long the offer can be used.

You can set:
- Total Usage Limit – maximum number of redemptions
- Per Customer Limit – limit usage per customer
- Active Period – start and end date/time for the offer
Step 5: Save offer
Click Submit to activate the payment offer.
