Analyzing the sales conversion funnel helps you understand where customers drop off during checkout and identify stages that need improvement.

Steps to view Sales Conversion Funnel

Step 1: Open Dashboard

Step 2: Select date range

Select the date range for which you want to analyze the conversion funnel.

Step 3: Understand funnel stages

After starting checkout, users pass through multiple stages such as Login, Address, Payment, and Processing before placing an order.

For example, if 118 users initiate checkout and only 53 users place the final order, it indicates that a significant number of users dropped off before completing payment.

Checkout represents the number of clicks on the checkout button, while the other stages show the count of unique visitors after login.

Get detailed funnel report

Step 4: Generate report

In the Sales Conversion Funnel section, click the Get Report button.

Step 5: Receive report via email

Enter the email address where you want the report to be sent and click Send.

You can download or access the report directly from your email inbox.
