How to set-up Exit Survey form?
The Exit Survey Form collects feedback from customers on the primary reason for leaving checkout without placing the final order.
Below is the step-by-step guide to set up the Exit Survey Form:

Step 1:
Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to Customization from the left sidebar.
Step 2:
Open the General tab and scroll down to locate the Exit Checkout Flow section.
Step 3:
Check-mark Survey and click on Configure.

Step 4:
Customize the survey form as needed. You can configure:

- Title
Example: We are sad to see you go 😥
- Question
Example: Let us know the reason for not proceeding ahead
- Answer Selection Type
Single choice or Multiple choice
- Skip Button
Enable or disable the skip option
- Custom Response Option
Allow customers to enter their own reason
- Pre-filled Options
Add up to 7 predefined reasons for customers to choose from
Step 5:
Once customization is complete, click on Save to apply the changes.
Access Survey Analytics
To view and analyze the primary reasons for checkout drop-offs:

- Login to your FlexyPe dashboard
- Go to Dashboard from the left sidebar
- Scroll down to the Primary Reason for Leaving section
Note:
Pre-filled options in the Exit Survey Form can be edited later. After editing, you will be prompted to choose:

- Keep Analytics – Update the text while preserving existing response data
- Reset Analytics – Create a new option and reset all analytics for that choice
