How to track store's traffic from different social media platforms?

Sales Channels Report

This report helps you understand which social media platforms are driving traffic, orders, and sales to your checkout.

Select the date range for which you want to analyze sales channels.

Here, you can track sessions, orders, total sales, and conversion percentage for each social media platform.

Other includes all traffic that comes from sources other than the listed social media platforms, including organic traffic.

In the Sales Channels section, click the Get Report button.

Enter the email address where you want the report to be sent and click Send.

You can download and access the report from your email inbox.
