How to understand your store's performance?
Key Metrices
This guide helps you understand the key performance metrics available on the FlexyPe Dashboard to track sales, conversions, and customer behavior at checkout.
Steps to view performance metrics
Step 1: Open Dashboard
- Login to your FlexyPe Dashboard
- From the left sidebar, click Dashboard

Step 2: Select date range
- From the top-right corner, choose the date range
- All performance metrics will update based on the selected period
ℹ️ Make sure you select the correct date range before analyzing any metrics.

Key performance metrics
Net Sales
Net Sales represents the total revenue after deducting all discounts.
ℹ️ Formula
Net Sales = Gross Sales − Discounts

Average Order Value (AOV)
Average Order Value is the average amount a customer spends per order.
ℹ️ Formula
AOV = Net Sales / Total Orders

Revenue per Visitor (RPV)
Revenue per Visitor shows the average revenue generated per checkout visitor.
ℹ️ Formula
RPV = Net Sales / Number of Checkout Visitors

Total Orders
Total Orders shows the total number of orders successfully placed through the FlexyPe checkout channel.

Average Session Duration
Average Session Duration is the average time a user spends on the checkout page before placing an order.

Sales Conversion Funnel
The Sales Conversion Funnel shows how users move through checkout stages from initiation to order placement.
ℹ️ Important
- Checkout Initiated: Number of clicks on the checkout button
- Subsequent steps: Count of unique visitors after login

Checkout Conversion Ratio (CCR)
Checkout Conversion Ratio measures how many users complete checkout after initiating it.
ℹ️ Formula
CCR = Checkout Completed / Checkout Initiated
Discount Performance
Discount Performance shows how discounts impact order placement.
ℹ️ Breakdown
- With Coupon: Total number of orders placed using coupon codes
- Without Coupon: Total number of orders placed without coupon codes
ℹ️ Formula
Conversion = Total Orders / Checkout Sessions

Sales Channels
Sales Channels show the distribution of sales across different traffic sources.
ℹ️ Note
In Other includes all sales coming from channels not listed separately.

Payment Method Usage
Payment Method Usage shows how customers pay at checkout, including UPI, cards, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Upselling Performance
Upselling Performance measures how often additional products are added to orders at checkout.
ℹ️ Formula
Conversions = Orders including upsold products / Total Orders
