Why are most sessions on my store are coming from international countries?

If you are selling in India and your Shopify analytics show that most sessions are coming from international countries, this can sometimes occur when using a third-party checkout.

Please note that a third-party checkout does not drive or generate traffic to your store.

It only processes the checkout once a customer reaches that stage.

Traffic sources and session locations are determined by your marketing channels, ads, SEO, and customer activity — not by the checkout provider.
