Why Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not visible?
If Cash on Delivery (COD) is enabled but not visible to customers at checkout, please verify the following settings:
Check Shipping Zone & Rate Configuration
Step 1:
Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to Shipping from the left sidebar.

Step 2:
If shipping zones or rates are not created, create them first.
Note:

Step 3:
If shipping zones/rates are already created:
- Click on the Edit icon for the desired shipping rate
- Under Pricing Conditions, check-mark Accept Cash on Delivery
- Configure COD charges if required

Step 4:
Click on Save to apply changes.
Check RTO Rules
Step 1:
Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to RTO Suite from the left sidebar.

Step 2:
FlexyPe provides 8 different RTO protection rules.
- Check how many rules are currently marked Enabled.
Step 3:
Click on each enabled rule and verify:
- Whether COD is allowed inside that rule

Step 4:
If COD is disabled:
- Click on the Edit icon for that rule
- Enable COD
- Save the changes
Check Payment Customization Settings
Step 1:
Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to Customization from the left sidebar.

Step 2:
- Open the Payment tab
- Scroll down to Payment Methods

Step 3:
Under Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Check the eye icon (controls visibility)
- If it is OFF, click on it to make COD visible

Check Coupon Usage Limits
Step 1:
If COD disappears only when a coupon is applied, follow these steps:
- Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to Coupons

- Click on the Edit icon of that particular coupon

Step 2:
- Navigate to the Usage Limits tab using the Next button
- Check whether Disable COD is marked

Step 3:
To allow COD:
- Keep the Disable COD checkbox unmarked
- Save the coupon changes

Summary
COD visibility at checkout depends on:
- Shipping rate configuration
- RTO rule permissions
- Payment method visibility
- Coupon-level restrictions
Reviewing these settings ensures COD is correctly displayed to eligible customers during checkout.
