Why order is not getting delivered to some addresses?
If shipping is not configured properly, customers may see
“We don’t deliver to this address” below the selected address on the address page.
How to Fix This
Step 1:
Login to your FlexyPe dashboard and go to Shipping from the left sidebar.

Step 2:
Select the relevant Shipping Profile and click on it.
Step 3:
A list of shipping zones will appear.
Check each rate inside the zone and verify that shipping is configured for all required price or weight brackets.
Example:
If shipping is configured only for the price range ₹100 to ₹5000,
then orders will be accepted only within that bracket.
In such cases, you must:
- Create an additional shipping rule for orders below ₹100
- Create another rule for orders above ₹5000
Ensure all possible order values or weight ranges are covered to prevent delivery restriction errors.
