Why shopify default checkout is getting open through WhatsApp automation messages?

When a customer abandons checkout before completing the order, and you are using WhatsApp automation to retarget them, you may send a reminder message with a checkout link.


If clicking the link redirects the customer to the Shopify checkout instead of FlexyPe checkout, you need to use the FlexyPe checkout link in your automation.


Below is the step-by-step guide to find the correct link:



Step 1:

Login to your Shopify Admin dashboard and click on Orders from the left sidebar.


Step 2:

Once the Orders section expands, click on Abandoned Checkouts.

A list of abandoned checkouts will appear.




Step 3:

Click on the relevant Abandoned Checkout ID.

When the details page opens, scroll down to the Notes section.


Step 4:

Inside Notes, locate FlexyPe_checkout and copy the link mentioned there.




Step 5:

Use this copied link in your WhatsApp automation.

When the particular customer clicks on the link, they will be redirected to the FlexyPe checkout instead of Shopify checkout.
